Intro Stephen, a veteran, wakes up to find himself locked on the ceiling of a warehouse in Lithuania, being interrogated. The interrogator tells him that he was involved with an far-right organization that kidnapped the Russian Foreign Minister, and that the organization will livestream the minister's execution in 90 minutes. They believe Stephen knows the whereabouts of the kidnapped minister, but Stephen has amnesia and time is running out. However, the interrogator is authorized to use any means necessary to unlock his memory — which means taking all memories to some very dark places. 'Unlock' is the first film of its kind. The actor playing the protagonist, Stephen, had never seen the script, was completely unaware of the storyline, and even did not know the genre of the film. He remained completely isolated from the cast and crew until the shooting was over. In a completely dark environment, every one of his reactions was genuine.
